100% of our employees feel that Publift is a Great Place to Work® Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd! The results feel more significant this year because we’ve grown in size and improved our score. This is the second year Publift has participated in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey as a way to ensure the people at the business enjoy what they do, who they work with, and where they work.The GPTW survey uses 3 decades worth of research to understand workplace culture. Every employee takes the GPTW survey that looks at different aspects of the workplace — intimacy, equity, collaboration, impartiality and support, to name a few.

“It is incredibly satisfying to achieve a 7-point increase in our score from our inaugural entry into the GPTW survey last year. We've always placed great emphasis on culture within the business and it is something that's constantly evolving and changing. We focused on areas of low scoring such as pay and equity last year and received an incredible jump. This year, the results have given us new challenges and we'll work as a group to improve. But it's great to see the effort we've put in being rewarded by a happier team. I am very proud of us as a group.”
